Once in Hawaii, we can provide and coordinate all services in
the islands, whether you are a corporate group of 500 or a school
group of 40, we will arrange everything from group travel, accommodations
and meeting venues to full service entertainment, tours, and

We coordinate and provide your group's flights to Hawaii from
the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We can accommodate group
members who will be departing from multiple cities and countries.
Most group airfare is available at savings.

BASIC
INFORMATION
Groups with as few as 20 persons and 10 rooms can be arranged,
however to receive reasonable group discounts, 40 or more persons
should be considered. Oahu is the State Capitol of Hawaii and
this large city island is best suited for professional groups
of size because of the vast amount of lodging and convention
facilities in place. Maui resorts also have good meeting facilities.
The other 4 islands lend more to incentive parties, educational
tours, golf tournaments, and reunions. Space for groups should
be blocked at least 9 months prior to departure. Most travel
planners will begin before that to ensure the best selection
of venues, activities, and fares. |
